Lessons and location

Friends Golf, 6 Eu Tong Sen St, #04-57 Clarke Quay, Singapore 059817. Private lessons are S$175 per hour. Matched duo lessons are S$125 per person per hour. Simulator bay rental is included in both prices.

Indoor coaching runs Wednesday–Friday, 9am–12pm and 5pm–9pm; Saturday–Sunday, 9am–6pm. The last lesson finishes at closing time. Tuesday is closed. Monday is reserved for complimentary on-course playing lessons.

Booking and duo matching

A booking request reserves a place while Coach Edmund checks bay availability and, for a duo, the second golfer. Approval invites payment; your lesson is confirmed after payment. You can book a duo without supplying a partner. Unmatched duos are reviewed at least 24 hours before the session when booked far enough ahead. The coach may offer an alternative compatible session, which only moves your booking after you accept. A private upgrade is optional and requires your agreement.

Cancellation and wallet credit

Cancel a paid lesson 24 hours or more before its start for full credit to your in-app lesson wallet. Cancel less than 24 hours before its start for a S$50 cancellation charge, with the remaining value credited to your wallet. Cancellation values are returned to the wallet only, not to a card, bank account or cash. Wallet credit is applied first towards future Inside Out lessons and has no expiry.

Unpaid requests may be withdrawn without a refund or wallet credit because no payment has been taken. Online cancellation is available before the lesson starts. Contact the coach about a lesson that has already started. If Inside Out cancels your paid lesson, its full value returns to your wallet without a cancellation fee.

Monthly AI membership

S$9.90 per month, billed monthly until cancelled. Includes Coach Edmund AI access with the app’s standard allowance of 20 AI reviews per calendar month, plus Inside Out member training content. Use and verify the same email address in Coach Edmund AI. In-person lessons are charged separately. Cancel renewal from My training; access continues to the end of the paid period. The lesson cancellation wallet policy does not apply to monthly subscription periods already paid.

Complimentary Monday playing lesson

Every 10 attended paid private or duo coaching lessons earns one complimentary 9-hole on-course playing lesson on a Monday. Cancelled lessons and the complimentary lesson itself do not count towards the next reward. Submit a preferred Monday through My training; the course and tee time are agreed with the coach. Green fees, buggy, caddie, transport and other expenses are excluded and will be agreed before booking. A complimentary reward has no cash or wallet value.

Your student account

Sign in with your email and password. We verify your email when you create an account and when you reset your password. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never as readable text. Secure session cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days; sign out on shared devices. Resetting your password signs out previous sessions. Your report card, wallet and bookings require your own signed-in account. There are no password length or character-mix requirements beyond a non-empty password.

Your information

We use your account name, email, phone number, lesson requests, wallet transactions and assessment records to manage coaching. Stripe handles card payments; we do not store full card details. Resend delivers transactional emails. Your AI membership email and paid access period are shared with Coach Edmund AI to activate access. Coaching records are visible to you and the authorised coach. Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information; transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or dispute handling.
